Fall 2021 Speakers

Yvette Willson is a licensed attorney and the
Interim Director of the Gender Equity
Center. She has over twenty-five years of
experience as an Attorney, Investigator, and
advocate. She has prosecuted
numerous sexual assault and domestic violence cases,
represented survivors in various court proceedings and Title
IX matters, and investigated sexual misconduct cases at Penn
State. She currently oversees the Gender Equity Center,
advocates for improving how we address sexual misconduct,
conducts educational programs, and works with students
who have experienced different forms of interpersonal
violence.

TJ Echeverria is a senior Public Relations
major, with minors in Spanish and Sports
Journalism. On campus, TJ is involved in
CommRadio and AD/PR club. Additionally,
he is a member of Phi Kappa Theta
Fraternity and serves as the Vice President for
Communications for the 2021 Penn State Interfraternity
Council Executive Board. He will be talking about the stigmas
behind Greek life and the benefits.

Susan Lechtanski is a Penn State alumna
from the College of Earth and Mineral
Sciences. She is currently a project manager
for Penn State’s Auxiliary and Business
Services. Previously, Susan was the Marketing
Director for the HUB-Robeson
Center and advisor to SPA, the Student Programming
Association, where she met her first Susquehanna Service
Dogs in 2014. In 2016, Susan became a volunteer program
assistant for Roar for More, Susquehanna Service Dogs at
Penn State. Since then, Roar for More has raised over 80
puppies at Penn State. In her role as a program assistant,
Susan, along with ambassador dog, SSD Kelp, conducts home
interviews and inspections, delivers weekly class instructional                                support, organizes community outreach events, and provides
ongoing leadership and support for the campus and community raisers and sitters.
